1. After washing and drying your hand, take out the hand mask from the pouch.
2. Put your hands into the hand mask like gloves!
3. Using the provided sticker, adjust tightly onto your wrist.
4. Relax for 10~30 minutes.
5. Remove the hand mask and tap your hand to allow any excess solution to absorb.
