Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Better Bloome purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Our return policy applies to U.S. orders only. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders — all international sales are final.

For eligible U.S. orders, our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, including any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@betterbloome.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible and include your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Because we process orders quickly, there’s only a short window to make changes or cancellations (such as updating the shipping address). While we’ll make every effort to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made in time.

If your order has already shipped, you can return it once it has been delivered (U.S. orders only).


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges, except in cases where a product arrives damaged or defective. For all other cases, please return the product for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like.
