Shipping
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. Our standard shipping carriers are USPS and UPS.
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and an additional 2–5 business days for standard shipping once your order has been processed.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take 6 or more business days with Standard Shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.
Free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. is available for orders of $49 or more after discounts and before taxes. Shipping costs to HI/AK vary based on package weight.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. After your order has shipped, a second email will be sent with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Wrong Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is lost due to an incorrect address, we are unable to offer a refund. However, we are happy to send a replacement. The customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but is missing or believed to be stolen, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate. Please note that once a package is marked as delivered, the responsibility for its safe receipt lies with the customer.
We strongly recommend requesting signature confirmation or choosing a secure delivery location when placing your order. While we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, we are committed to helping you find a resolution.
Report Other Issues
If your order is missing an item, contains a damaged product, or if you have any other concerns, please email us. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order confirmation number in the subject line and attach any relevant photos.
International Shipping
We now offer international shipping to many destinations worldwide.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may be applied by your country’s customs office. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
